What Our Guarantee Covers

• Duration: Our guarantee is valid for one year from the date of purchase or transfer of ownership.
• Conditions Covered: This guarantee covers congenital and genetic conditions that become apparent within the first year of your puppy’s life.
• Veterinary Confirmation: If a hereditary or congenital condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, the condition may qualify under our guarantee.

• Claim Process:
  • Notification: Please contact us immediately if you suspect a health issue.
  • Documentation: A written statement and veterinary records are required to verify the diagnosis.
  • Review: We will review the information and determine if the condition is covered under our guarantee.
• Exclusions:
  • Conditions resulting from accidents, environmental factors, or neglect are not covered.
  • Routine vaccinations, common childhood illnesses, or minor conditions that resolve with standard care do not qualify.
  • Any medical treatment (including medications or surgeries) performed without prior consultation with us may void the guarantee.
